Regional Public Hearing on Affordable Housing

REGIONAL PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED AFFORDABLE HOUSING TONIGHT IN DALLAS
(April 14, 2010) The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) is holding a public hearing regarding applications for the Competitive Housing Tax Credit (HTC) Program tonight, April 14, in Dallas.

The meeting begins at 6 p.m. and will be held in the auditorium of the J. Erik Johnson Central Library, located at 1515 Young Street in downtown Dallas.

Tonight’s public hearing is the fourth in a series of six public hearings being held around the state to collect public comment on all HTC applications.

The City of Frisco has received notification from TDHCA that Stewart Creek, LLP, has submitted a completed application for the tax credit program.

Residents may also submit written comments through June 15. Comments should be mailed to:
