The Civil Air Patrol was founded on December 1st, 1941, just seven days before the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor and has continued to provide civilian volunteers an opportunity to assist the armed forces ever since. The Cadet Program, for youth age 12-21 offers leadership training, Aerospace Education, and Emergency Services training through a multi-faceted program. Cadets who successfully participate in the program reap numerous benefits throughout their careers including university/aviation scholarships and advanced pay grades when entering active military service. Additionally, cadets can participate actively in emergency situations, serving as radio operators, aerial photographers, and ground team members.
We would be delighted to discuss our unique program and the opportunity it will provide to the youth of Frisco with you.
